At AllUniqueness, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted, and custom jewelry. While we aim to provide exact representations of our products through images on the website, due to the handcrafted nature of many items, slight variations may occur. Each piece is uniquely made to reflect the care and craftsmanship that goes into it.
For custom or bespoke items, we encourage customers to double-check all details before placing an order. Bespoke items and personalized engravings are final and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. For non-customized items, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Exceptions: Personalized, engraved, or bespoke items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault. For high-value or custom orders, we may contact you for further confirmation before starting production to ensure it meets your expectations.
How to return:
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We will arrange a full refund or send a replacement once the faulty item is returned and inspected.
All prices on our website are listed in the applicable currency and include taxes where required. Any additional costs, such as shipping and engraving, will be clearly shown at checkout.
Should there be any pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the amount paid. All payments are processed securely, and we accept all major credit and debit cards through our encrypted payment gateway.
Most items are handmade to order, so we kindly ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for standard items and up to 4-6 weeks for bespoke or diamond-set pieces to be crafted and delivered. You will receive an email notification once your item is shipped, with tracking information provided.
We offer free worldwide shipping from our workshops in Manchester, UK, and Los Angeles, USA. Urgent orders may be accommodated—please contact us at support@alluniqueness.com to discuss expedited options.
We ship worldwide; however, international customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by their country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times will vary based on location.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not entered production. Beyond this period, cancellations are not possible for bespoke or personalized items.
